1. About Us

Immaculate Cover provides home appliance protection and extended warranty services for customers across the United Kingdom. Our plans are designed to cover the cost of repair, maintenance, or replacement of eligible household appliances in case of breakdown or malfunction.


2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the UK.

  • Appliances must be located and used within the UK.

  • Appliances must be in good working order and under 8 years old at the start of the cover.


3. What We Cover

Depending on the plan chosen, your appliance cover may include:

  • Mechanical or electrical breakdowns.

  • Accidental damage (if included in your plan).

  • Replacement or repair by authorised engineers.

  • Labour and call-out costs for covered issues.

Full details of inclusions will be provided in your policy schedule.


4. What’s Not Covered

Your plan does not include:

  • Cosmetic or surface damage (scratches, dents, etc.).

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

  • Appliances used commercially or outside the UK.

  • Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural events.

  • Routine servicing, cleaning, or replacement of consumables (e.g., filters, bulbs, trays).

5. Claims Process

  • To make a claim, contact our claims team or submit an online form through our website.

  • You will need to provide proof of your active cover and appliance details.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a repair by one of our authorised technicians.

  • If repair is not possible, we may offer a like-for-like replacement or a settlement in line with your plan terms.

Claim approval is subject to policy conditions and assessment.


6. Payments and Renewals

  • All payments are made in advance via secure online payment methods.

  • Cover begins only after payment confirmation.

  • Renewal notices will be sent before your plan expires.

  • Prices and offers may change without prior notice.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claim has been made.

  • After 14 days, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion based on unused coverage.

  • Immaculate Cover reserves the right to cancel a plan for non-payment, fraud, or misuse.


8. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

We aim to deliver prompt and reliable service. However, Immaculate Cover shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from appliance failure.

  • Delays due to supplier, manufacturer, or third-party service issues.

  • Any event beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

Our total liability is limited to the value of your active plan.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and images — is owned by Immaculate Cover and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without written consent.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
